Thank you for choosing Benty Flowers. We provide flower delivery and pickup services from our Carlton store, with a focus on fresh, carefully prepared floral arrangements for Melbourne customers.

Delivery Areas

Benty Flowers delivers across selected Melbourne suburbs from our store in Carlton. Delivery availability and pricing are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address and distance from our store.

Please note that we do not currently deliver outside Melbourne.

Same-Day Flower Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for selected products only, depending on flower availability and delivery capacity.

All orders placed before 3 PM are eligible for same-day delivery where the selected product and delivery address are available for same-day service.

Orders placed after 3 PM may be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Fees may vary depending on distance, delivery zone, order value, and service availability.

Before completing your order, the final delivery fee will be shown clearly at checkout.

Delivery Times

We do our best to deliver orders within the selected delivery date and available delivery window. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, peak trading periods, and courier availability.

During busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, graduation season, and public holidays, delivery times may be affected by high demand.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure the delivery address, recipient name, and contact number are correct when placing your order.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe place where appropriate. If there is no safe place available, we may contact you or the recipient for further instructions.

Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access to the property.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Benty Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
