Refund & Returns Policy

At Benty Flowers, we take pride in preparing fresh floral arrangements and carefully selected gifts for our customers. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase, including:

• Vases
• Greeting cards
• Gift items
• Decorative products

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Fresh Flowers & Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and plants, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from what was ordered, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund

To assist with assessment, we may request clear photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange or replacement requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
