Pickup Orders

Yes. All orders can be picked up directly from our Carlton shop located at 237 Lygon Street, Carlton VIC 3053. Many customers choose pickup because it’s fast, convenient, and perfect for last-minute gifts. Our store is located in a very accessible part of Carlton, surrounded by cafés and shops, with short-term parking available nearby.
Pickup is also ideal when you want to see the bouquet before gifting it or when you prefer to handle the flowers yourself. For any questions before arriving, our team is happy to help on 03 9969 2118.

Pickup orders can be collected during our regular business hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

These hours ensure enough time for our florists to prepare your arrangement with care and freshness. During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and graduation periods, extended or earlier pickup times may be offered. If you require a special arrangement or need an early pickup for an event, you can simply call us to check availability.

When placing your order, simply select the “Pickup” option in the delivery section. Once you choose pickup, the system will allow you to select both your preferred pickup date and a pickup time slot.
Pickup times are available in hourly windows from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including:
9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM.

These time slots help us prepare your flowers fresh and have them ready exactly when you arrive.
If you accidentally selected delivery instead of pickup, or if you need to update your pickup time, simply contact our team and we can adjust your order quickly.

Yes. If you are unable to come in person, someone else may collect your order without any issue. They simply need to provide your name, order number, or the phone number used during checkout.
This is a popular option for workplaces, celebrations, hospital gifts, and customers sending surprises. Just let us know in the order notes if someone specific will be picking up, or contact us if the plan changes.

In most cases, yes. As long as our florists have not already started preparing your bouquet, we can easily adjust the pickup time or even the pickup day.
The best approach is to notify us as early as possible so we can schedule your order accordingly—especially if you need the flowers for a particular event, photo shoot, lunch, or dinner reservation. During busy seasons, we encourage customers to call in advance for faster assistance.

If you can’t pick up your flowers on the chosen day, simply let us know. We may be able to hold your bouquet until the following day, depending on the flower types and their freshness. Some arrangements can maintain their quality overnight, while others are best collected the same day.
If we believe your flowers will not remain at their best quality, we may offer to remake or refresh certain stems at an additional fee. Our priority is always to ensure that you receive your flowers in the freshest possible condition.

Yes. Same-day pickup is available on most days, and customers can easily place their orders directly through our website.
For same-day pickup, orders must be submitted before 1:00 PM so our florists have enough time to prepare your bouquet fresh and ready for collection.

Many of our popular bouquets—especially items listed in the Today’s Available Flowers collection—can be prepared within a few hours. After placing your order, you can choose your preferred pickup time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

If you have a last-minute or urgent request after 1:00 PM, you’re welcome to call the shop. Depending on flower availability and workload, our team may still be able to assist.

Our bouquets are available in several size options, which may include Small, Regular, Premium, Deluxe, or Grande, depending on the specific design.
Each product page clearly displays all size options available for that particular arrangement, so you can easily choose the version that suits your preference and budget.

The size shown in the photo is always indicated in the product options, so you know exactly which version you are viewing before placing your order.
Larger sizes include more stems and a fuller, more luxurious look, while smaller sizes offer a simple and elegant gesture.

no, we don't offer same-day flower delivery across Melbourne for Valentine’s Day orders. Due to high demand, we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery date.

Yes, selected Valentine’s products include complimentary gifts, and some bouquets allow optional add-ons such as chocolates or teddy bears.

You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Delivery times are estimated, especially on Valentine’s Day when order volumes are high.
