Delivery

Delivery services are available to selected Melbourne suburbs only.

Same-day delivery is available for selected products when orders are placed before 3 PM, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or high-demand trading periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and graduation season.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout. Benty Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup must collect their order from our Carlton store during business hours unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds & Returns
