Welcome to Benty Flowers. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to orders placed with Benty Flowers for products, delivery and pickup services.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that may damage, disrupt, interfere with or misuse the website or our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Products
Benty Flowers sells fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, plants, vases, gifts, greeting cards and related products.
Flowers and plants are natural and seasonal products. Their colour, shape, size and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.
Product photographs are intended as a guide to style, colour and overall presentation and may not represent the exact flowers available on a particular day.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Fresh flower availability changes according to season, market supply and quality.
If a particular flower, foliage, colour, wrapping material or container is unavailable, we may make a reasonable substitution with a product of similar style, quality and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement as closely as possible.
Where a major substitution would significantly change the nature of the order, we may contact the customer where reasonably practical.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
Delivery is not automatically free. Free store pickup may be available from our Carlton store.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Orders
Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- Recipient name
- Delivery address
- Recipient phone number
- Delivery or pickup date
- Card message
- Selected product and options
Benty Flowers may contact the purchaser if clarification is required before preparing or delivering an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, technical errors, pricing errors, unavailable products or delivery addresses outside our service area.
If Benty Flowers cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Order Cancellations
Fresh flowers, floral arrangements and plants are final-sale products and are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation through our self-service return and cancellation system.
For eligible non-final-sale products, a cancellation may be requested until the item has been fulfilled.
If you have made an error or need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Where reasonably possible, we will try to assist before preparation, fulfilment or dispatch has begun.
Delivery
Benty Flowers delivers to selected Melbourne suburbs only.
Delivery availability and fees are determined according to the recipient’s address and the delivery services available at checkout.
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM, subject to availability, delivery capacity and recipient location.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, access restrictions, courier availability and peak trading periods.

Please ensure your order is ready for collection before attending the store.
Recipient Availability
If a recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location where appropriate or delivered to an authorised person, reception, concierge or another suitable receiving point.
Additional delivery fees may apply where redelivery is required because of incorrect information, restricted access or recipient unavailability.
Returns & Refunds
Fresh flowers and plants are final sale for change-of-mind purposes.
Eligible non-flower and non-plant products may be returned for change of mind within 7 days from delivery or pickup, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-compliant products.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund or full refund.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values, eligible products or delivery areas.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
Gift Messages
Customers are responsible for the content and accuracy of gift card messages submitted with an order.
Benty Flowers reserves the right not to print or deliver content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including the Benty Flowers name, branding, text, product photographs, graphics and designs is owned by or licensed to Benty Flowers.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services such as payment providers, delivery providers, analytics tools, review platforms and social media services.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
