📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we provide same-day delivery for items listed under our Daily Blooms collection. Other flower arrangements can be scheduled for delivery on your chosen date.

 

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Check our updated hours on Google Maps. If we’re open, we can deliver Daily Blooms items. Otherwise, delivery won’t be possible.

 

Can I select a specific delivery time?

During checkout, you can choose a delivery time slot between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We’ll do our best to deliver within your selected window, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed (except for funerals).

 

What if no one is home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location at the front door. You can add special instructions during checkout if you prefer another arrangement. A re-delivery fee may apply.

 

Can I request delivery at a specific time for a funeral?

Yes, for funerals we guarantee timely delivery if the date and time are specified at checkout or in the delivery notes.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver exclusively within Melbourne, offering free delivery in Carlton. Delivery fees apply to other suburbs. Enter your postcode at checkout or contact us to confirm service availability.

 

Do you deliver to apartments, businesses, or hospitals?

Yes, we do. Please provide full details like unit/room number, business name, or department for smoother delivery.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free in Carlton. For other Melbourne suburbs, fees vary based on location and will be calculated during checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the flowers haven’t left the shop, we can update the address (fees may vary). If delivery has already occurred, a new order may be required.

Absolutely! Add your message at checkout. We'll print it on a high-quality card and include it in a beautiful envelope.

Changes like address, product type, or message are possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.

You can cancel and receive a full refund if the arrangement hasn’t been prepared or delivered.

Can I place more than one order at a time?

Yes, but each order can only be delivered to one address. For multiple delivery addresses, place separate orders.
